Helaina and Fia are the sister duo hosts of the Talky Talk Show. They are Actresses, Theater Performers, and Authors. They have been in commercials, movies, television, and live musical theater performances. Helaina and Fia enjoy the work of being on production sets. They also love the excitement of Live Theater and have performed on stage for thousands. Helaina and Fia have recently become Co-authors of the books Hey Love, Let's Journal Together which is a fun mother/daughter journaling book, and 30 Day Gratitude Journal: 30 Days of Celebrating Your Big and Small Moments which is a journal that kids can keep to practice gratitude daily.
When Helaina and Fia are not working on projects, they are hanging out with friends, playing video games, and enjoying everyday life. They both love to travel.
